The Arkansas Newspaper Foundation (ANF) is the non-profit educational arm of the Arkansas Press Association that provides services to 29 daily newspapers, eight semi-weekly newspapers and 103 weekly newspapers across the state. The board is made up of six newspaper publishers who represent the diverse regions of Arkansas.

Rules and entry forms for the 2015 Better Newspaper News-Editorial Contest sponsored annually by the Arkansas Press Association (APA) have been sent to all member newspapers. To download extra copies, . The deadline for submitting entries is March 31, 2015 (5:00 p.m.). The Awards Presentation will take place on July 11 during the APA's SuperConvention at the Wyndham Hotel in North Little Rock.
